How does it work?

  1. Workouts for 3-4 days.
  2. Specific exercises with video how-to’s.
  3. Boatlods of encouragement and support through emails, while also giving feedback on technique videos.
  4. An app for your workouts that you can use on your phone and track. That way we can see progress over time.
  5. Lastly Nutrition – We will set individual calorie goals, and how/if to track food. The tracking portion will be through MyFitnessPal or if you like to track on your own that is completely fine. We will talk and figure out what works best for you.

A 3 month commitment minimum is required. WHY? The progress you want won’t be achieved in a few weeks. This takes TIME, But it DOES WORK.
