How does it work?

- I will send you information to fill out that will tell me about you, your workout history, any physical history or injuries, and anything you would like me to know
- We will set up a time to talk, whether it be on the phone or through skype, and go over the program and see which program works best for YOU
- I will be writing you a monthly program and it will be designed for YOU - YOUR goals and fitness ability.
- Workouts for 3-4 days.
- Specific exercises with video how-to’s.
- Boatlods of encouragement and support through emails, while also giving feedback on technique videos.
- An app for your workouts that you can use on your phone and track. That way we can see progress over time.
- Lastly Nutrition – We will set individual calorie goals, and how/if to track food. The tracking portion will be through MyFitnessPal or if you like to track on your own that is completely fine. We will talk and figure out what works best for you.
A 3 month commitment minimum is required. WHY? The progress you want won’t be achieved in a few weeks. This takes TIME, But it DOES WORK.
