HEY I'M AUSTIN

And I am so glad that you are here. Let me tell you more about who I am..

WHY DO I DO WHAT I DO?

I do what I do because I use to be the person that did not know what they were doing.

I was the person that tried just eating salads and throwing my hoodie on and running a couple of miles a night to try and lose weight.

That thought if I take all carbs away that fat would start melting off of my body because I did not understand anything about macros.

I went and tried CrossFit, but didn’t feel like I belonged becuase I wasn’t able to do a pull up, or very many.

Over years and years of learning and trying pretty much anything in the book, I fell in love with the process.

I learned how to get results and get sustainable results and have fun while doing it. I learned to fall in love with lifting weights and increasing the weight over time, and to be able to control the same weight better.

I have come to make food my friend not the enemy and really understand and have a better relationship with it.

All of that to say is now I want to help as many people as I can do the same, in way less time that it took me.

Bring the research that I have done and help people through the same journey that I went down.

That’s why I do what I do.
